Mr. Mataya brings 25 years of IT and Business Process Outsourcing experience to OSA clients. His experience includes contract negotiations, contract management, project management, systems development, financial analysis, network planning and integration, strategy assessment, and managing sourcing contracts.

His industry experience includes banking, chemical, energy, insurance, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and telecommunications. Tony has supported clients such as ABC News, Altura, Amoco, Aramco, AT&T, Bankers Trust, British Gas, BP, Eli Lilly, Equiva, Grupo Nacional Provincial, Iomega, Lincoln National, Marathon Oil, Merrill Lynch, National Oilwell, SBC, Scotiabank, Shell Oil, Tenneco and Twentieth Century Fox. In 1999, he led one of the largest BPO transactions valued at $1.1 billion for billing, customer care and collections services and other back office functions.

Mr. Mataya began his career with IBM and served clients in technical, marketing, and consulting roles. He also worked as a sourcing advisor to clients with Price Waterhouse and TPI. Additionally he worked for an integrated oil and gas firm and negotiated and managed large scale internal outsourcing contracts. His experience as a client, advisor, and supplier brings a unique perspective to OSA clients in all facets of transformation and sourcing transactions.

Mr. Mataya has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas and a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in international business.

In 2008, Mr. Mataya formed Origin Sourcing Advisors, Inc to assist clients with transforming their business and facilitating all aspects of complex sourcing transactions.

Mr. Mataya is active in the Houston community and in 2001 formed the Houston Knights, a sports mentoring program that assists young men with achieving their goals of pursuing a college education through athletics and academics.
